| 摘 要： | 对脑出血急性期患者９２例进行治疗观察，其中在用常规西药基础上加用活血通络为主结合辨证的中医治疗组５２例，与常规运用中西药对照组４０例进行比较观察，结果治疗组基本治愈率７６．９２％，优于对照组的５７．５％（Ｐ〈０．０５）。治疗组未发现１例再次脑出血，认为活血通络中药可能有利于血肿的溶解和吸收，从而提高治愈率，降低病死率和致残率。

| Abstract: | Ninety_two cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage were studied.Among them,52 were treated with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and 40 cases with only western medicine as control.The traditional Chinese medicine was mainly composed of herbs for activating blood circulation and dredging channels. The results showed that the recovery rate was 76.92% in the test group,and 57.5%in the control group.The recovery rates in two groups showed a significant difference (P<0.05), showing that the conbination of TCM and western medicine is superior to the single therapy. |
