胸腺素穴位注射对慢性迁延性肝炎及HBsAg携带者HBV标志物的作用观察

将慢性迁延性肝炎及HBsAg携带者70例,随机分为二组:治疗组50例用胸腺素穴位注射;对照组20例用灭澳灵口服,疗程均为三个月。治疗前后均观察HBV标志物。结果:显效率治疗组6％,对照组5％;好转率治疗组36％,对照组20％;总有效率治疗组42％,对照组25％。经统计学处理,P<0.05,两组比较有显著性差异。结果提示,对HBV标志物阴转的疗效,胸腺素穴位注射明显优于灭澳灵口服。用胸腺素穴位注射不仅用药量小,疗效大,而且可将胸腺素作用与针刺肝胆胃穴位的作用叠加,从而改善免疫功能,调节神经体液系统,加速病毒消除,提高疗效。

The Effect of Thymin Point-injection on HBV Markers in Patients with Chronic Persistent Hepatitis and HBsAg Carriers

Seventy cases of HBsAg positive chronic persistent hepatitis and HBsAg carrier were allocated to two groups: 50 cases treated with thymin pointinjection as treatment group; 20 cases treated with Mie AoLing orally as control group. The duration of treatment was three months in both groups. HBV markers were detected before and after treatment. The results showed that the negative change rate of HBsAg was 6% and 5%, the effective rate was 36% and 20% and the total effective rate was 42% an 25% in the treatment group and in the control group respectively, the differences being significant (P<0.05). It was shown that the effect of thymin point-injection for the negative change of HBV markers is better than Mie Ao Ling. Thymin point-injection allows the use of a reduced dosage of thymin, and increases the efficacy of treatment. These results may related to the combination of the effect of thymin itself and the stimulation of acupoint, and the function of immune system can be improved and the virus be eliminated more effectively.
