愈肝片对D-氨基半乳糖小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 观察愈肝片(由生晒参,枸杞子,丹参,土茯苓,柴胡,郁金,石见穿等中药制成)对D-氨基半乳糖胺(D-GlaN)小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 将60只小鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,肝脾康阳性对照组和愈肝片高,中,低剂量组,每组10只。测定血清白蛋白(ALB)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和凝血时间(CT),观察了愈肝片和阳性对照组对D-GlaN肝损伤模型的影响。结果 与空白对照组比较,模型组小鼠血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)含量升高(P<0.01),血清白蛋白(ALB)含量降低(P<0.01),凝血时间延长(P<0.01),表明模型组动物肝细胞受到损伤,而愈肝片高剂量组动物的AST含量降低(与模型组比较P<0.05)。同时,愈肝片各剂量组动物血清白蛋白含量比模型组升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);愈肝片的中,高剂量组对动物凝血时间延长有改善作用(与模型组比,P<0.05)。结论 愈肝片对D-GlaN所致的肝损伤有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective] To observe the protective effect of Yugan Tablet (YT) on D-galactosamme-induced acute hepatic injury in mice. Methods ] Mice were randomly allocated to normal control group, model group, Ganpi Kang Capsule group and YT groups (low-, moderate- and high-dosage YT). Serum levels of aspartate transaminase (AST) and albumin (ALB) and clotting time (CT) were examined to evaluate the effects of YT and Ganpi Kang Capsule on mice with D-galactosamine-induced acute hepatic injury. Results] Serum level of AST was increased ( P < 0.01) , ALB level decreased ( P < 0.01) and CT prolonged (P<0.01) in model mice as compared with those in normal control group, which indicated that hepatic cells in model mice was injured. After treatment, AST level was decreased in high-dosage YT (P < 0.05), ALB increased in the three YT groups ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) and CT shortened in moderate- and high-dosage YT groups ( P < 0.05) as compared with those in model group. Conclusion] YT has a certain protective effect on D-galactosamine-induced acute hepatic injury in mice.
