| 摘 要： | 运用益气补肺、滋养五脏、止咳平喘之“肺康冲剂”对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者１３２例进行康复治疗，临床观察结果显示：试验组和对照组病例一般资料、中医证候、营养学指标、肺功能以及免疫学指标治疗前基本条件相似，具有较好的可比性；经肺康冲剂２个月１疗程的治疗发现，试验组中医证候，营养学指标（ＩＢＷ、ＴＳＦ、ＭＡＣ、ＡＬＢ、ＨＧＳ）、肺功能（ＶＣ、ＦＥＶ＿１／ＦＥＶ、ＭＶＶ）和免疫学指标ＬＢＴ等疗效优于对照组，Ｐ＜０．０１，差异有非常显著性。据此认为，肺康冲剂对于强化慢阻肺患者消化和营养吸收功能，增强呼吸运动效率，减轻临床症状，改善整体活动能力和生命质量，具有良好的作用和应用前景。

| Abstract: | One hundred and thirty-two patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease weretreated with FEI KANG powder containing the herbs for tonifying qi,invigorating the lung andnourishing the five zang-organs,and relieving cough and asthma. The result showed that aftertreatment for two months,the efficacy on symptoms and signs,nutriological indices(IBW,TSF,MAC,ALB,HGS),lung function indices(VC,FEV1 /FEV,MVV)and immunologic indicesLBT was significantly superior to that of the control group(P<0.01).It indicates that FEIKANG powder has a good effect on strengthening the digestive and absorptive functions,and theefficiency of respiratory movement,thus relieving clinical symptoms and improving the quality oflife for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. |
