脑醒喷鼻剂治疗急性缺血性中风66例

目的 探讨脑醒喷鼻剂（活血开窍方）治疗急性缺血性中风（acute ischemic stroke,AIS)的临床疗效及其药理作用机制。方法 采用随机对照双盲观察法将100例AIS患者分为2组，脑醒喷鼻剂组（治疗组）66例，尼莫通组（对照组）34例。观察脑醒喷鼻剂的临床疗效及其对血液流变学与自由基的影响。结果 治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90．9％和88．2％，显效率分别为72．7％和58．8％，两组比较差异均无显著性（P＞0．05）。实验结果显示脑醒喷鼻剂能降低血粘度和红细胞压积，抑制红细胞和血小板聚集；提高超氧化物歧化酶（SOD），谷光甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH－Px)活性。结论 脑醒喷鼻剂治疗疗效（与尼莫通相当）。并显示该方能改善AIS患者血液流变性，改善脑的循环灌注，缓解脑缺血；促进自由基清除，减轻自由基损伤，保护脑细胞。

Naoxing Nasal Spray for Acute Ischemic Stroke:A Report of 66 Cases

Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Naoxing Nasal Spray (NNS) for acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and to explore its mechanism. Methods] A randomized double- blind controlled trial was carried out in 100 cases of AIS. Therapeutic effects, indexes of blood rheology and plasma levels of free radicals were observed in NNS group (Group A, n = 66) and nimodipine group (Group B, n = 34) . Results] The total effective rate was 90.9% and 88.2% and the markedly effective (ME) rate was 72.7% and 58.8% in Group A and Group B respectively, the differences being insignificant (P >0.05) . NNS could decrease blood viscosity and hematocrit, inhibit the aggregation of erythrocytes and platelet and increase the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH -Px). Conclusion] NNS has an effect on AIS, which is similar to nimodipine. Its therapeutic mechanism may be related to the relief of cerebral ischemia by improving blood rheology and cerebral blood flow and protecting brain cells from injury by eliminating free radicals.
