| 摘 要： | 为检验自行研制的中药复方制剂理脾化痰降脂片的临床疗效，将符合条件的８０例高脂血症患者分层随机分为理脾化痰降脂片治疗组５０例，力平脂对照组３０例，以单盲法进行临床观察和检测患者治疗前后血脂五项，血液流变学，自由基三项等相关指标。结果；理脾化痰降脂片的调脂疗效及调脂的稳定性好于力平脂；对血液流变学，自由基三项及主要临床症状等指标的改善优于力平脂；

| Abstract: | To investigate the therapeutic effects of Lipi Huatan Jiangzhi Tablet(LHJT),80 cases of hyperlipenda were landomly allocated to LHJT group(50) and lypanthy group(30) and single-blindedtrial was applied.Blood lipids(total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,apoprotein A andapoprotein B),blood theology and free radicals(lipid peroxide, superotide dismutase and glutathionesuperokidase) were observed.The results showed that the regulatory effect on lipid medslism in LHJTgroup was better and more stable; blood theology, free radicals and the main symptoms were more improved as comapared with lypanthy group. Meanwhile,the total effective rate of LHJT for patients withspleen-deficiency and phlegm-stagnation syndrome was higher than that with other TCM syndromes(P<0.05).It is analed that LHJT exerts a certain effect for hperlipemia. |
