| 摘 要： | 目的：立足于痰浊凝结为癌瘤形成与转移的重要病理因素之一，设计观察了消痰散结方（半夏、胆南星、茯苓、枳实、陈皮、甘草等组成）对裸鼠胃腺癌体内生长的抑制作用及其对胃癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）表达的影响。方法：建立裸鼠ＭＫＮ－４５胃腺癌模型，采用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法检测胃癌组织中ＰＣＮＡ的阳性表达率，同时观察了不同用药组瘤组织重量和病理学变化。结果：在裸鼠体内实验观察中，消痰散结方组抑瘤率大于３０％

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of Xiaotan Sanjie Fang(XSF)on the growth of gastric adenocarcinoma and the PCNA expression in rats,MKN-45 gastric adenocarcinoma rat model was established.The positive rate of PCNA expression in the cancer tissue was assessed by ABC technique,and pathologic changes of different groups were examined.The results showed that the tumor inhibition rate in XSF group is higher than 30%,and the tumor weight is obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05),but similar to chemotherapy(P>0.05).PCNA expression in XSF group is obviously lower than the control group.It is concluded that XSF can inhibit the growth of gastric cancer and reduce the proliferation and activity of cancer cell. |
