摘    要:【目的】探讨肾气丸各成分不同剂量配比与药效学的关系。【方法】应用均匀设计方法,以原方药味按不同的剂量配比组成6组不同的肾气丸方,观察其对肾阳虚小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肝脏SOD、肝脏丙二醛(MDA)及骨髓细胞周期的影响。【结果】根据回归方程计算出的肾气丸的最优组合中,桂枝与附子的剂量都较原方有所增大。【结论】适当加大肾气丸方中桂枝与附子的剂量可增强本方抗衰老作用及促进骨髓的造血功能。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the relationship between Shenqi pill(SP)in different component proportions and pharmacodynamic actions.Methods]Six kinds of component proportions of SP were obtained by uniform design and their effects on serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)level,hepatic SOD and malondialdehyde(MDA) and marrow cell cycle in kidney-yang deficiency mice were observed.Results] The doses of both Ramulus Cinnamomi and Radix Aconiti Lateralis in the optimal component proportion of SP induced from regression equation were larger than those in the orjiginal SP.Conclusion] The increase of doses of Ramulus Cinnamomi and Radix Aconiti Lateralis in SP can promote the anti-aging effect and hematopoiesis of SP.
