加味当归芍药散治疗老年性痴呆的疗效观察

【目的】比较加味当归芍药散和双益平 (石杉碱甲 )片剂治疗老年性痴呆 (阿尔茨海默病 ,Alzheimerdisease ,AD)的疗效。【方法】 35例AD病人随机分为 2组 ,加味当归芍药散组 2 0例 ,双益平组 15例 ;分别给予加味当归芍药散口服液 10mL ,口服tid× 8周和双益平片剂 0 .15mg ,口服 ,bid× 8周。【结果】与治疗前相比 ,两组长谷川痴呆量表 (HDS -R)积分均有显著性改善 (P <0 .0 5) ,但HDS -R积分值分级变化并未显示显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;加味当归芍药散组和双益平组总有效率分别为 75%和 73.4 % ,两组比较差异无显著性 ;但对病人非认知性精神症状 (SCAG积分值 )的改善加味当归芍药散优于双益平 (P <0 .0 1)。【结论】加味当归芍药散对AD有一定改善作用

Effects of Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder for Alzheimer's Disease

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder (MDSP) and Hup-A Tablet for Alzheimer's disease(AD). Methods Thirty-five cases of AD were randomly allocated to Group A and Group B.Group A (n=20) were treated with MDSP Oral Liquid 10?ml per time, p.o. tid for 8 weeks and Group B (n=15)with Hup-A Tablet 0.15 ?mg,p.o.bid for 8 weeks. Results The scores of HDS-R in the two groups were significantly improved(P< 0.05 ) but the difference of score ranging was not significant (P> 0.05 )as compared with those before treatment. The total effective rate was 75% and 73.4% in Group A and Group B respectively, the differences being not significant(P> 0.05 ).The effect of MDSP on non-cognitive mental symptoms was superior to Hup-A(P< 0.01 ). Conclusion MDSP exerts a certain effect on AD.
