穴注配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症40例临床观察

采用随机法将腰椎间盘突出症病人７３例分为穴注配合推拿治疗４０例，单纯推拿治疗３３例。治疗组用北芪、当归注射液或“三Ｂ”针穴注肾俞、关元俞，深刺穴注阿是穴（病变椎间盘棘突旁）。治疗结果：治疗组治愈率６２．５％，总有效率９２．５％，平均疗程２１天，对照组治愈率３６．３％，总有效率７５．７６％，平均疗程２８天。两组经统计学处理，治愈率、总有效率、平均疗程均有显著性差异，表明治疗组不仅能提高疗效，而且能缩短疗程，标本兼治。

Treatment of Prolapse of Intervertebral Disc by Massage and Point-Injection:An Observation of 40 Cases

Seventy-three cases with prolapse of intervertebral disc were randomlyallocated into two groups : The treatment group (40 cases) was treated bypoint-injection and massage.The injection was prepared by Chinese herbaldrugs i.e.,Radix Astragali and Radix Angelicae Sinensis,or by vitamin B_1,B_6and B_(12).Points selected were Shenshu(BL 23),Guanyuan(BN 4) and Ashi Point(lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the diseased vertebrae).The control group (33 cases) was only treated by massage. The results showedthat m the treatment group, the curative rate was 62.5% and the totaleffective rate was 92.5%, the average treatment course lasting for 21 days.In the control group, the curative rate was 36.3% and the total effective rasewas 75.76%, the average treatment dourse lasting for 28 days. The differenceswere significant statistically between two groups in the curative rate, the totaleffective rate and the average treatment course. It was shown that in thetreatment group the therapeutic effect is increased and the treatment courseis shortened,and the disease is relieved both etiologically and symptomatically.
