摘    要:目的]建立岗梅根、茎中铅、镉的含量测定方法.方法]采用微波消解—原子吸收光谱法测定不同产地及不同生长年限岗梅根、茎中铅、镉的含量,消解体系是浓硝酸.结果]方法的精密度分别为3.5%、2.1%,重复性分别为4.3%、3.5%(N=6);平均回收率分别为96.8%、97.2%,sR分别为4.2%、3.6%(N=6)....
