| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨中药复方心脉通胶囊(由人参、三七、大黄、枳壳等组成)对急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法]46例急性心肌梗塞患者随机分为心脉通胶囊组(23例,常规西药加心脉通胶囊治疗)与对照组(23例,常规西药治疗),观察治疗前后治疗组及对照组患者冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)前和术后不同时间点血清VEGF水平变化。结果]两组患者血清VEGF水平在1周后存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论]心脉通胶囊有促血循环中VEGF表达的作用,可能具有诱导新生血管形成的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the effect of Xinmaitong capsule on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with acute myocardial ischemia (AMI). Methods] Forty-six cases of AMI were randomly allocated to Group A (n = 23, treated with routine treatment combined with Xinmaitong capsule) and Group B (n = 23 cases, only routine treatment) . Serum VEGF level in different time before and after percutaneous transluminal coronary angio-plasty (PTCA) was examined. Results] There is a significant difference between two groups. Serum VEGF level in Group A after a week of treatment differed that in Group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion] Xinmaitong capsule can promote the expression of VEGF and induce neo-vascular formation. |
