| 摘 要： | 收集了２２１例中风病急性期病人，进行了中风病急性期中医证候指标内部可靠性分析，主成分分析与聚类分析，从不同角度探讨和揭示中风急性期的证候特点及其与相关症状，舌象，脉象的关系。从聚类分析结果并结合临床实际，提出本组病例症状，舌象和脉象等指标可归属于火证，痰瘀证，气虚证，阴虚阳亢证四类证候，上述结果结果有助于完善中风急性期证侯诊断规范。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the result of multivariate analysis for the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in 221 cases of patients with acute stroke, and attempts to explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes in these patients and relationship between the syndrome characteristics and symptoms, picture of the tongue and pulse condition. The analyses included reliability analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Integrating the result of cluster analysis with clinical practice, the result of this study shows that the symptoms,picture of the tongue and pulse condition of these patients could be summed up into four TCM syndromes, i.e., syndrome of wind and fire, syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis ,syndrome of Qi_deficiency and syndrome of excessive Yang due to Yin_deficiency. This may be of benefit to formalization of diagnosis of TCM syndromes in acute stroke patients. |
