多囊卵巢综合征的诊断与治疗

目的：探讨多囊卵巢综合征的诊断与治疗方法及效果。方法：将本院收治的120例多囊卵巢综合征患者按随机数字表法分为试验A组和试验B组，同时将本院门诊及体检中心体检的同一年龄段健康妇女作为对照组，使用彩色多普勒超声仪对试验组和对照组进行超声检查，比较超声结果；试验A组患者采取达英-35治疗，试验B组患者采取二甲双胍片联合达英-35治疗，比较临床疗效。结果：试验组呈现多囊卵巢，双侧的卵巢有明显增大，卵泡数量明显增加，而卵巢直径相对减小，与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；且试验组卵巢薄膜有增厚情况，超声图像轮廓清晰，张力较高，表面回声也较强；试验组临床症状均得到不同程度改善，试验B组治疗显效率、总有效率及1年后受孕率均明显高于试验A组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用超声检查多囊卵巢综合征准确率高，采取二甲双胍片联合达英-35进行治疗临床疗效显著，应用价值较高。

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective：To study the diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Method：120 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome were collected and randomly divided into experiment group A and group B according to random number table method,the control group was healthy women for the same age group from our hospital,they were checked by color doppler ultrasound,the results were compared;group A were treated by Diane-35, group B were treated by metformin tablets combine with Diane-35,the clinical effect were compared. Result：The experimental group patients present polycystic ovary,bilateral of the ovaries were increased sharply,follicles number were increased sharply,follicles diameter were diminishes,compared with control group the results of ultrasonography were significant difference（P〈0.05）;and the experimental group ovary enveloped were thickening, ultrasound were clear-cut,tension was higher,irregular mass echoic was stronger;the clinical symptoms of experiment group were got improvement to varying degrees,group B were higher than group A in many results,such as treatment efficiency,total effective rate,and pregnancy rate after 1 year, there were statistical difference in these results（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It gains satisfactory accuracy for polycystic ovary syndrome by ultrasonic inspection,the clinic curative effect of metformin tablets combine with Diane-35 is obvious,this method is valuable in application.
