炎症性肠病整体护理效果观察

目的：通过对炎症性肠病有针对性的全面整体护理效果的观察，总结出炎症性肠病的临床护理方法。方法：选取本院2009年1月-2011年12月收治的炎症性肠病患者84例，将所有患者按照随机数字表分成试验组46例和对照组38例，对试验组患者在必要的常规护理基础上辅以有针对性的全面整体护理干预，而对照组患者仅单纯地进行必要的常规护理，并观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果：经过不同治疗手段，试验组患者治愈率达到95.65%，明显高于对照组的86.84%，护理满意度97.83%，明显高于对照组的81.58%，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对炎症性肠病患者在治疗过程中加强有针对性的全面整体护理干预有利于提高患者的治愈率，具有良好的治疗效果，值得在临床上进一步推广。

Effect of Inflammatory Bowel Disease Holistic Nursing

Objective：To observe the effect of targeted overall holistic nursing of Inflammatory bowel disease,to sum clinical nursing method of inflammatory bowel disease.Method：Eighty-four patients with inflammatory bowel disease in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 were selected.They were randomly divided into 46 cases of the experimental group and 38 cases of the control group.The experimental group on the basis of the necessary auxiliary routine care was given a targeted holistic nursing intervention,while the control group was given necessary only simple routine care, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Result：After different treatment,the experimental group cure rate reached 95.65 percent,it was was significantly higher than the control group（86.84%）;nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.83%,it was higher than that in control group（81.58%）the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For inflammatory bowel disease patients during treatment to enhance targeted holistic nursing intervention can improve the cure rate of patients with a good therapeutic effect,it is in clinical further promotion.
