| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨适合当前中国国情的社区护理模式。方法：通过现状分析当前社区护理面临的问题及以综合医院为依托开展社区护理的优势。结果：开展社区护理可促进综合医院的发展。结论：建立与完善以综合医院为依托，借助其优质医疗护理资源推动社区护理服务的开展，促进全民卫生保健事业发展是适合当前中国国情的社区护理模式。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the community nursing model suitable for the current social conditions of China.Method：Based on real conditions,making an analysis about the problems challenging the current community nursing and the supportive points provided by general hospitals. Result：Community nursing takes an positive pole in promoting the development of general hospital.Conclusion：The appropriate community nursing model of China should follow the following steps：establishing and perfecting the supporting system of general hospital,taking advantage of its high-quality medical nursing resources,accelerating the development of community nursing service,then in turn becoming an active element for the national medical development. |
