卡维地洛联合尼可地尔对冠心病心肌缺血及左室舒张功能不全的疗效

目的：研究卡维地洛联合尼可地尔对冠心病心肌缺血及左室舒张功能不全的临床疗效。方法：选取冠心病心肌缺血及左室舒张功能不全患者110例进行对比研究，随机编号法分为常规组55例和联合组55例。常规组进行拜阿司匹林、消心痛等常规治疗，联合组在此基础上加用卡维地洛和尼可地尔，比较两组治疗前后心电图、左室舒张功能和NT—proBNP的变化。结果：在心电图改善情况上两组治疗后患者ST段压低次数、持续时间及心肌缺血总负荷与治疗前比较均明显下降，但联合组下降程度比常规组更加明显，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在左室舒张功能和NT—proBNP上，常规组治疗前后无明显变化，联合组治疗后比治疗前明显降低，且联合组治疗后比常规组下降更明显，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：尼可地尔和卡维地洛联合疗法能够强化冠心病心肌缺血的治疗和预后效果，显著改善患者左室舒缓功能。

Effect of Carvedilol Combined with Nicorandil Diastolic Dysfunction of Left Ventricular Myocardial Ischemia and Coronary Heart Diseuse

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of carvedilol combined with nicorandil diastolic dysfunction of left ventricular myocardial ischemia and coronary heart disease.Method： A comparative study of 110 patients with ischemia and coronary heart disease with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction were selected, the patients were randomly divided into 55 cases of the routine group and 55 cases of the combined group.The routine group was treated with worship Aspen forest, isosorbide dinitrate and other conventional treatment, the combined group based on the use of carvedilol and nicorandil, two groups before and after treatment of ECG, left ventricular diastolic function and the change of NT-proBNP were compared.Result： The ECG in two groups after treatment in patients with ST segment depression in frequency, duration and total ischemia burden compared with those before treatment were significantly decreased, but the combined group decreased more obvious than in the conventional group, showed no significant differences （P〈0.05） .In the left ventricular diastolic function and NT-proBNP, the routine group was no significant changes before and after conventional treatment, the combined group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the combined group were better than the routine group decreased more significantly, showed no significant differences （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Nicorandil and carvedilo] combined therapy can strengthen the treatment and prognosis of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease, improve left ventricular function in patients with ease.
