DC-CIK细胞联合治疗46例恶性肿瘤的临床疗效观察

目的：对使用DC-CIK细胞联合治疗46例恶性肿瘤患者的临床疗效分析。方法：选取2010年3月-2012年3月本院确诊的恶性肿瘤患者46例,将使用常规化疗方法进行治疗的23例患者作为对照组,使用DK-CIK细胞联合治疗的23例患者作为观察组,对两组患者的一般资料和临床疗效等进行观察比较。结果：通过对两组近期临床疗效及毒副反应发生情况的比较发现,观察组患者效果显著优于对照组患者,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用DC-CIK细胞联合治疗恶性肿瘤可以有效提高临床疗效并大幅度降低恶性肿瘤患者的毒副反应,DC-CIK细胞联合治疗适用于多种肿瘤的综合治疗。

The Observation of Clinical Effect on 46 Cases of Malignant Tumor through DC-CIK Cell Combination Therapy

Objective： To study the clinical effect by using DC-CIK cells combination therapy on 46 patients with malignant tumor. Method： 46 patients with malignant tumor to diagnosis and treatment were chosen between March 2010 and March 2012 in our hospital. 23 patients in control group used conventional chemotherapy method and 23 patients in observation group used DC-CIK cells combination therapy. The general datas and clinical efficacy on the two groups were compared. Result： By means of two groups of clinical curative effect and side reaction of recent comparison found that the effect of observation group of patients significantly better than the control group patients, two groups were statistically significant difference （ P〈O.05 ） . Conclusion： It has significant curative effects to the treatment using DC-CIK cells combination therapy and significant reductions on toxic reaction in clinical effect, DC-CIK cells combination therapy is apply on a variety of multimodality treatment of tumor.
