人性化服务在临床输血中的应用体会

目的：探讨人性化服务在临床输血患者中的应用。方法：对350例临床输血患者采取输血前、输血中、输血后的人性化整体护理服务，评估患者的心理状态，以人为本，关爱生命，尽可能满足患者的需求。结果：350例输血患者经过实施人性化服务护理，均顺利完成输血过程，无一例发生输血反应，且社会效益显著。结论：通过输血前、输血中、输血后的人性化服务，更加密切了护患关系，使患者了解输血整体护理的全过程，充分体现了现代护理新理念中的人文关怀，使患者以最佳的身心状态配合治疗，有较好的应用推广价值。

Application of Humanized Service in the Clinical Blood Transfusion

Objective： To investigate the humanized service application in clinical transfusion patients. Method： Humanized nursing service were done in 350 cases of clinical blood transfusion patients before blood transfusion, blood transfusion and after blood transfusion .The patient＇s psychological state were assessde. Result： 350 cases of transfusion patients were successfully completed after implementation of humanistic nursing, no one cases occurred blood transfusion reaction.Conclusion： The humanized service before blood transfusion, blood transfusion and after blood transfusion can strengthen the relationship between nurses and patients, to make the whole process of transfusion patients understand the holistic nursing care, fully reflects the humanistic concern the new ideas of modern nursing, allowing patients to the best state of mind to cooperate with the treatment, has good application value.
