摘    要:基于引文分析与信息可视化技术,检索Web of Science数据库中2002-2011年基因组流行病学相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件绘制出各国研究实力、机构合作、学科分布的科学知识图谱以及作者共被引图谱、主题词共现图谱、文献共被引图谱,可见该领域近10年的研究热点、分子分型、系统发育分析、绘制进化树及其相关软件为该领域的研究热点与前沿。该领域研究总体上呈增长趋势,美国开始较早,发展较成熟,而我国对该领域的研究也不断深入,研究水平不断提高。

Abstract:Papers on genome epidemiology covered in Web of Science Database from 2002 to 2011 were retrieved with citation analysis and information visualizing techniques. Scientific knowledge maps of research strength, institution cooperation and subject distribution in different countries and maps of author co-citation, subject heading co-occurrence, and literature co-citation were plotted with CiteSpace. These maps showed that molecule typing, phylogenesis, evolution tree and map plotting-related software were the hot spots and frontier of genome epidemiology studies in the past 10 years. Studies on genome epidemiology showed a general trend to increase, started earlier and were more mature in USA. The level of studies on genome epidemiology was also gradually increased in China along with its further study.
