摘    要:突破性研究是科学发展进步的一种表现形式,对突破性研究的早期识别能够促进创新培育,增强源头创新能力,抢占科学创新制高点。提出了一种结合引用语句语言学特征和机器学习算法的生物医学突破性研究自动识别方法框架,构建了引用语句识别模型,未来可将引用语句识别模型运用于如学术评价、趋势发现和知识发现等特定领域。

Abstract:Breakthrough research is a new manifestation form of scientific development and progress. Its early identification can promote the innovative training, strengthen the initial innovation ability, and race to control the commanding point in scientific innovation. An automatic identification method for breakthrough research in biomedical sciences was proposed, which combines the linguistic characteristics of citation sentences with the machine learning algorithm. An identification model of citation sentence was established, which can be used in specific fields in the future, such as academic evaluation, trend discovery and knowledge discovery.
