医学图书馆基于“学科馆员”制度的“一条龙”服务模式

在简要论述了医学图书馆建立"学科馆员"制度必要性的基础上,详细介绍了医学图书馆拟实行的"一条龙"服务模式.所谓"一条龙"服务模式,就是彻底打破目前按采集部、流通部、编目部、期刊部等传统的图书馆组织管理结构及职责分工,而依照医学专业的分科体系进行部门设置,实现图书馆馆员固定对某一专业的文献从采购到借阅的"一条龙"服务.最后,结合解放军医学图书馆的服务对象等方面的实际着重从部门设置及人员分配、书刊分类及馆藏部局、"学科馆员"的分工及职责等三个方面分析了医学图书馆实行"一条龙"服务模式的可行性.

Service mode known as a coordinated process based on a subject librarians in medical libraries

The necessity of setting up a system of subject librarians in medical libraries is briefly discussed from the subject characteristics of medical libraries and information resource and the requirement of medical libraries to librarians.The service mode known as a coordinated process that would be implemented in medical libraries is described in detail.It is to thoroughly break up the current organizational structure and function of medical libraries and reorganize their divisions.Its principle is to set up divisions in the medical libraries based on the division system of medicine,such as medical information department,surgical information department and so on,in order to achieve the coordinated process for a group of librarians to provide one or two disciplines of specialized literature from acquisition to loaning.The feasibility of carrying out the service mode in medical libraries is analyzed from three aspects: 1.department establishment and personnel allocation;2.book and journal classification and management and collection distribution;3.labour division of subject librarians and their functions based on the actual condition of the Medical Library of the Chinese PLA.
