无界面的高压直流交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆附件

摘    要:当直流电压施加到直流电缆附件的聚合物绝缘层上时,电缆主绝缘和电缆附件增强绝缘的交界面上会积聚有空间电荷,畸变绝缘的电场分布,甚至导致电缆附件的击穿。新开发的模注型终端和接头是将应力锥和增强绝缘用与电缆绝缘相近的交联聚乙烯料在电缆绝缘上模注成型,使附件增强绝缘与电缆绝缘交界面融成一体,消除了“界面”,空间电荷的积累情况得以根本的改善。上述两款直流电缆附件成功地完成了±200kV直流电缆附件的型式试验项目。

No Inter face HVDC XLPE Insulated Power Cable Accessories
Abstract:As DC voltageapplying on aXLPEcable joint, the space chargewill be accumulatedat the interface between the cableinsulation and the jointinsulation. It causesdistortion ofthe electric field distributioninside thejointand even the breakdown occurs. For the new type accessory of DCExtrusion-MoldedTermination(DC-EMT)and DCMelt-MoldedJoint(DC-MMJ), the polyethylene material is extruded on the cableinsulation to form the stress-relief coneand enhancedinsulation. It has no interface between the cableinsulation and the accessory insulation, sothe accumulationofspace chargecan befundamentally improved. For± 200kVDCcable system, the accessories of DC-MMJ andDC-EMT have successfully passedtype test at China National Centre for Quality Supervision and Test of Electric Wire and Cable.
