摘    要:通过对发生故障的110kV电缆中间接头进行解剖,初步推断由于故障应力锥处电缆绝缘表面处理可能存在某种缺陷,并且预制绝缘件由于预扩张存放时间长,其内表面存在凸螺纹条,安装后在应力锥与电缆绝缘界面可能存在一定的间隙缺陷,导致进行2U0耐压试验过程中发生界面局部放电,并最终发展形成导电通道,致使接头击穿;文章还一并提出加强现场施工的若干防范措施,以有效降低故障发生率。

The analysis of a 110 kV cable joint fault and preventive measures
Abstract:This article recorded the process of anatomizing a breakdown 110kV cable joint,and got a preliminary conclusion.Some flaws appeared in the surface processing of the stress cone of this joint.And because of the long time of the pre-expanded prefabricated insulating part,thread existed in its internal surface.After installation,there maybe some gaps between the stress cone and the surface of cable inslution.Then the gaps developed to conductive channel which made the joint breakdown in the withstand voltage test with 2U0.This article also offered some measures to prevent similar faults.
