| 摘 要： | 调查了华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院图书馆用户的信息利用行为和方式，分别从用户和图书馆的角度分析了影响用户信息利用行为的因素，总结了医院图书馆用户信息利用行为的规律，从优化空间资源配置、转变服务方式、拓展信息获取渠道、加强馆员队伍建设等方面就开展精准服务提出建议。

| Abstract: | The information use behaviors and methods of our library users were investigated, the factors influencing the information use behaviors of users were analyzed from the angle of users and libraries respectively, the rules of information use behaviors of hospital library users were summarized, and suggestions were proposed for precision service of hospital libraries in aspects of optimizing allocation of their space resources, changing their service methods, expanding their information access channels, and strengthening construction of their librarians. |
