基于熵值法-灰色关联分析法的技术竞争力评价模型构建与应用

基于现实技术竞争力和潜在技术竞争力两个层面，从专利数量、专利质量、专利价值3个维度设计了一系列技术竞争力评价指标，并采用熵值法设置各项指标权重，利用灰色关联分析法得到各评价对象的综合排名，从而构建了一套较为完整的技术竞争力评价模型。对美国、德国、日本、中国、澳大利亚5个具有代表性的国家在分子诊断领域的技术竞争力进行应用研究，得到的综合排名结果依次为美国、中国、德国、日本、澳大利亚。总结了各国在分子诊断领域的发展现状，并对评价过程进行了思考与讨论。

Establishment of technology competitive power evaluation model based on entropy analysis and grey relational analysis and its application

A series of technology competitive power indicators were designed based on patents, realistic and potential technology competitive power, and the number, academic level, value of patents with their weights set by entropy analysis. A set of comprehensive technology competitive power evaluation models were established by ranking each evaluation object that was identified by grey relation analysis. The application of technology competitive power in molecular diagnosis in USA, Germany, Japan, People''s Republic of China (PRC) and Australia was studied, which showed that USA ranks first in application of technology competitive power in molecular diagnosis followed by PRC, Germany, Japan and Australia. The development of molecular diagnosis in these countries was summarized and the evaluation process was discussed.
