我国医院管理领域核心作者遴选研究

目的：通过文献计量方法遴选我国医院管理领域的核心作者，推动医院管理领域的发展。方法：采用文献计量分析法，从中国知网（CNKI）数据库医院管理领域及包含医院卫生管理版块的13种核心期刊获得2010-2020年发表的医院管理相关文献的第一作者、高发文量作者、高贡献度作者、高被引频次作者，以及通过可视化软件Gephi分析得到的高合作能力作者共5个维度，对医院管理领域的核心作者进行遴选。结果：2010-2020年我国医院管理领域的13种核心期刊发文涉及作者22 747人，其中第一作者8 188人，人均发文量1.71篇。遴选出的医院管理领域的核心作者包括方鹏骞、陈英耀、陶红兵等人。结论：我国医院管理领域的研究力量主要集中在高校，研究持续性不足，科研合作薄弱、类型单一，应进一步发展壮大医院管理领域核心作者群体，加强他们之间的合作，形成科研合力，提高其对医院管理领域的学术贡献。

Selection of core authors in domestic hospital management

Objective To promote the development of domestic hospital management by selecting its core authors with bibliometric method. Methods The core authors in hospital management were selected according to the first authors, high publication authors, high contribution authors, highly-cited authors and Grephi visualization analysis-detected high cooperation authors of CNKI Database-covered papers on hospital management published in 13 core journals in 2010-2020. Results Of the 22747 authors who published their papers on hospital management in 13 domestic core journals, 8188 were first authors with each published 1.71 papers. The selected authors in hospital management were Fang Peng-qian, Chen Ying-yao, Tao Hong-bing, etc. Conclusion The research force in domestic hospital management is centralized in colleges and universities. The sustainability in research on domestic hospital management is insufficient, the collaboration in research on domestic hospital management is lacked, and the kinds of research are simple, it is should thus develop and grow the teams of core authors in hospital management, form the joint force in its research by strengthening their cooperation, and increase their academic contribution to the domestic hospital management.
