| 摘 要： | 分析了科技查新管理系统的应用现状,从系统的功能设计、系统的关键技术和系统的应用三方面探讨了军队医药卫生科技查新管理信息系统的研发,并针对信息沟通不畅和查新信息数据不完整等问题,提出了构建及完善"查新管理"、"资源管理"、"经费管理"、"查询分析"、"统计分析"、"系统维护"及"系统管理"等数据模块,提高军队医药卫生科技查新管理信息系统应用研究水平。

| Abstract: | After the current application of scientific literature novelty assessment management system was analyzed, the research and development of Chinese PLA medical and health literature novelty assessment management information system was studied from its function design, key technologies and application, and suggestions were put forward for improving its application research level, including construction and perfection of its literature novelty assessment management module, resources management module, fee management module, inquiry analysis module, statistical analysis module, system maintenance module, and system management module. |
