| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized medical libraries are facing a lot of difficulties such as shortage of funding and manpower, small collection, lack of qualified technical personnel, low automation, backward in management mode. The author proposes that integration of special collection and information resource on Internet is an effective way for their development. |
