医院公共卫生应急决策特色智库构建模式初探

应急情报作为公共卫生应急管理决策支持的核心要素，在医院应对重大新发传染病等方面起到了事前预判准备、事中有效应对和事后分析评估的全方位信息情报支持。以智库模式打造的郑州人民医院疫情防控办公室多元协同研究小组在应对新冠肺炎应急信息监测、预警、预防、处理、评估过程中健全了情报处理标准规范，建立了特色防控知识平台，提升了协同小组人员素养，实现了跨部门跨院区智慧防控联动决策支持，值得同类医院借鉴参考。

Development model of hospital characteristic think tank for public health emergency decision-making

Emergency information, as a public health emergency decision-making-supported core element, plays an important role in judgment and preparation before response of hospital to major new infectious diseases, effective response of hospital to major new infectious diseases during their outbreak, and all-directional information support for the analysis and assessment of major new infectious diseases after they were prevented and controlled. The multicollaborative research group under Epidemic COVID-19 Infection Pneumonia Prevention and Control Office of Zhengzhou People''s Hospital established according to the think tank model perfected its information processing standards, established its characteristic prevention and control knowledge platform, and improved its staff literacy in emergency information monitoring, early warning, prevention, processing and assessment of COVID-19 infection pneumonia, and realized the support for joint decision-making of cross department and cross hospital smart prevention and control of COVID-19 infection pneumonia, and is thus worthy to be considered by similar hospitals.
