国外药物研发数据共享案例及经验借鉴

数据质量与数据共享是我国新药研发领域需要迫切解决的2个关键问题。梳理了我国药物研发平台建设存在的问题,深入分析了欧洲制药工业协会联合会的新药研发毒性数据共享项目e TOX(基于生物信息学和化学信息学方法的计算机毒性预测专家系统)的数据共享机制、流程和成果,包括数据的采集、敏感性分级、整合、协调和管理,以及Open PHACTS的数据整合利用模式,为我国药物研发数据的共享与质控提供思路与经验借鉴。

Cases in foreign drug R & D data sharing and experiences used for reference

Data quality and data sharing are the two key problems needing to be urgently solved in domestic drug R & D. The problems in building the platform for domestic drug R & D were thus summarized, and the data sharing mechanism, process and achievements of eTOX developed by EFPTA were analyzed, including data collection, data sensitivity classification, integration, coordination and management, data integration and use model for Open PHACTS in order to provide the train of thought and experiences used for reference for the drug R & D data sharing in our country.
