分析大数据时代医学图书馆在教育、临床与科研管理领域功能的新变化，明确对医学图书馆人才队伍建设的新要求，提出加强大数据相关专业人才培养、建立完善的医学学科馆员制度和加强图书馆员业务培训3项举措，更好地发挥人才的基础性作用，为医学图书馆发展提供有力的人才保障。

Considerations on construction of medical library professionals in big data era

After the new requirements for the construction of medical library professionals were pointed out by analyzing the new functional changes of medical library in education, clinical and scientific research and management in the big data era, three measures were put forward to bring the basic role of medical librarians into full play and to provide the powerful support to medical library professionals for the development of medial library, namely strengthening the training of big data-related professionals, establishing the more friendship system for medical subject librarians, and enforcing the training of medical librarians.
