| 摘 要： | 设计了面向高端智库的精准知识服务架构，提出了包含服务团队、服务理念、服务机制、服务能力和服务内容5个要素的精准知识服务模式。以医药领域高端智库为例介绍了精准知识服务应用案例，结合实践效果总结了存在的问题并提出相应建议，以期为知识服务的发展与深入研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper designed a precision knowledge service framework of high-end think tank. The precision knowledge service model was proposed, which is consisted of service team, service concept, service mechanism, service performance, and service content. The cases of precision knowledge service were described with high-end think tanks in medical and pharmaceutical field as an example. The problems in precision knowledge service were summarized according to its practical effectiveness with suggestions proposed for their solution in order to provide reference for its development and further study. |
