| Abstract: | According to the requirement of cable overhaul, we analyze that the weaknesses in the cable construction may influence the cable's operation situation. Therefore we raise requirements in reinforcing the management of run test personnel's participation in cable's construction quality, providing good basis and evidence for status inspection. |
