摘    要:本文以35kV,3*300截面三芯绕包交联聚乙烯电缆中间接头实验为例进行了实验,基于内置式电缆测温技术,在正常负荷到满负荷分再到超过30%负荷载流量阶梯增加载流量,得到相应载流量对应的平衡温度和电缆温升曲线,确定电缆载流量增加到满负荷的状态以内运行都是安全可靠的,从而减少电缆的成本投入;在超过30%的负荷工作时,仍有安全温升时间,这段时间电力调控中心就可以为临时的电缆运维抢修时负荷转移取得了宝贵时间。通过以上两个方面的应用,可提高电缆的现代化和智能化管理水平,为电力负荷转移平衡提供数据支撑。

Application of Built-in Cable Conductor Temperature Measurement Technology for Dynamic Capacity Increase
Abstract:We conducted an experiment with intermediate joint of 35kV 3*300-sectional three-core XLPE cable. From normal load to full load, and then to over 30% of the carrying load, corresponding equilibrium temperature and cable temperature rise curve were found out by applying built-in cable temperature measurement technology. It could be sure that the operation is safe within the scope when the cable capacity increasing to full load. In this way, cost can be reduced; when the carrying load is over 30%, there is a safe period for temperature increasing. During this period, power control center can reserve precious time for load transfer in the process of maintenance and rush repair. Through the aforesaid application in two aspects, modern and intellectual management of cable can be improved to provide data support for power load transfer balance.
