药品安全与监管国家级智库建设

探讨建立药品安全与监管国家级智库的必要性、定位及路径问题，结合药品安全监管的实际工作，提出药品安全与监管国家级智库的建设路径和重点方向。为切实发挥我国药品安全与监管决策智力支持的作用，药品安全与监管国家级智库建设的定位应是药品安全与监管决策的重要咨询平台、重大课题研究及组织平台与研究成果转化平台。智库应成立理事会和学术委员会，采取理事会领导下的中心主任负责制，重视专业化及质量与影响力等方面的建设，使智库成为监管决策咨询方面的支持力量，切实提高药品监管水平。

The approaches and key directions to develop the national think tank for drug safety and administration were proposed according to the practical work of drug safety and administration. National Think Tank Executive Council and Academic committee should be founded.
