| 摘 要： | 目的：构建医疗卫生行业的科技创新能力评价体系。方法：通过文献分析拟定评价指标，通过问卷调查筛选指标，采用专家打分法与模糊综合评价法确定各指标权重。结果：通过两轮专家咨询构建了包括6个一级指标、23个二级指标、53个三级指标的评价体系。结论：所构建的新型医疗卫生行业科技创新评价体系能为制定未来的发展规划提供参考依据。 |
