| 摘 要： | 探讨了医学院校图书馆开展智库服务的模式。根据医学专业、人员及机构组成特点，提出了以用户画像为依据的全资源、多维度医学图书馆智库服务的思路。从数据采集及标引、画像构建、资源关联、应用实践4个层面构建了基于用户画像的医学图书馆智库服务模式，并从不同需求维度提出了医学图书馆智库服务策略及实施方案，以期为医学院校图书馆开展智库服务提供参考。

| Abstract: | The think tank service model in medical library was studied and the user portrait-based full resource and multidimensional idea of think tank service in medical library was put forward according to the characteristics of medical subjects, medical professionals and medical institution compositions. The user portrait-based think tank service model in medical library was established by collecting and indexing the data, drawing the user portrait, correlating the resources and practical application with the strategies and implementation plan for think tank service proposed from different dimensions in order to provide reference for think tank service in medical college and university libraries. |
