新冠肺炎疫情背景下心理健康研究现状及展望

目的：通过对新冠肺炎疫情背景下心理健康相关研究成果进行定量分析，总结该领域的研究热点，为未来的心理健康研究和服务提供依据。方法：以2019年12月1日到2022年5月9日期间被Web of Science核心合集收录的、新冠肺炎疫情背景下心理健康研究的7 332篇文献为样本展开文献计量分析，并利用VOSviewer软件对样本文献进行关键词聚类分析，挖掘该领域的核心研究力量和研究热点。结果：新冠肺炎疫情背景下心理健康研究主要分布在欧美国家，中国学者在该领域的科研产出有较高影响力，发文量居于前3位的国家为美国、中国、英国；新冠肺炎疫情背景下心理健康研究聚焦在心理健康的干预措施、感染风险对心理健康造成的影响、对不同人群心理健康的影响、医护人员的创伤后应激反应、常用的心理健康状况量表等。结论：后疫情时代的心理健康研究应加深国际交流与合作，扩大覆盖面，并进行追踪研究，以形成一个完整的研究链条；未来的心理健康服务应发挥社区的作用，探索建立以社区初级服务为基础、与专家咨询相结合的协作护理策略。

Research status and prospect of mental health in the context of COVID-19 epidemic

Objective Through the quantitative analysis of the research results related to mental health in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic, the research hotspots in this field were summarized, so as to provide a basis for the future mental health research and services. Methods A bibliometric analysis was carried out with a sample of 7 332 papers on mental health research related topics in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic that were included in the Web of Science core collection from December 1, 2019 to May 9, 2022. Co-occurrence network cluster analysis was conducted by the VOSviewer software to identify the core research strength and research hotspots in this field. Results The core journals of mental health research in the context of COVID-19 are distributed in the European countries and the United States. Chinese scholars have contributed high-impact papers in this field. The United States, China and the United Kingdom ranked top 3 in the number of papers published. Most of the core institutions belong to the European countries and the United States. Research hotspots in the field of mental health in the context of COVID-19 focus on intervention measures, infection risk, and impact on different groups of people, post-traumatic stress response, and mental health status scale tests. Conclusion Psychological researches in the post-pandemic era should deepen international exchanges and cooperation, expand coverage, and conduct follow-up research to form a complete psychological research chain; global mental health services in the future should mobilize the role of the community, and explore the establishment of collaborative care strategies based on community primary services combined with expert consultation.
