摘    要:本文结合实际工程案例,对敷设过程中造成的变形电缆进行了试验分析研究,通过试验现场测量与测试、材料试验及计算、成品模拟试验,从理论计算与模拟试验的角度分别对电缆的受损程度进行了评估,并给出了减少电缆敷设变形的相关措施,本文所介绍的电缆变形程度评估方法可作为现场电缆变形鉴定依据。

The Test and Analysis of a 110kV Cable Metal Sheath Deformation
Abstract:Combined with practical engineering cases, deformation of cable caused by the laying process were analyzed. Through the measurement and testing, material testing and calculation, product simulation test, the extent of the damage was evaluated from theoretical calculation and simulation tests separately. Furthermore, measures decreasing the deformation in cable laying process were given. The cable deformation evaluation method described in this article can be used as the basis to identify the extent of the cable deformation.
