| 摘 要： | 10kV扁平拖缆是大型料场堆取料机高压供电的专用电缆。由于使用环境复杂，动态磨损大，易造成绝缘损伤，引发短路事故，导致停电影响正常生产。为了填补这种电缆接头制作技术，进行了探索、研制与应用。本文对这种接头研制过程和制作工艺进行总结，对推广使用进行研讨。

| Abstract: | The 10kv flat towline is a kind of cable that is specially used when supply high voltage power to the stacker reclaimers working in the large-scaled stocking yards. Due to these factors, i.e. the complex working environment, the serious dynamic abrasion and the easily-damaged insulating layer, accidents of short circuit are incurred often, which will lead to the stoppage of normal production. For the manufacturing technology, some exploration, development and application are carried out. This article has given some conclusion to the production process and skills for such connector and also discussed how to spread the connectors widely used. |
