| 摘 要： | 支气管肺发育不良（BPD）是早产儿较为常见的并发症之一，它可以引起慢性呼吸系统后遗症，影响早产儿的远期生命健康。早产儿普遍存在维生素A缺乏，且维生素A可促进肺泡发育，维生素A被视为预防BPD的手段之一。本文主要对维生素A预防早产儿支气管肺发育不良的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is one of the most common complications of preterm infants, which can cause chronic respiratory sequelae and affect the long-term life of preterm infants. Vitamin A deficiency is common in preterm infants and is considered as one way to prevent BPD because it promotes the development of alveoli. This article mainly reviews the research progress of vitamin A in preventing bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants. |
