| 摘 要： | 目的:观察以扶正祛邪法创立的"蔡氏扶正消疒徵汤"对人胃腺癌细胞增殖的影响.方法:采用MTT法,检测"蔡氏扶正消疒徵汤"对人低分化胃腺癌细胞株、人中分化胃腺癌细胞株细胞增殖的影响.结果:"蔡氏扶正消疒徵汤"能抑制人低分化及中分化胃腺癌细胞增殖,尤其对人低分化胃腺癌细胞增殖的抑制作用更明显,并在实验浓度范围内呈明显量效关系.结论:扶正祛邪法能显著抑制人胃腺癌细胞的增殖,是临床治疗胃癌的大法之一.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of Caishi Fuzhengquyu decoction according to Fuzhengquxie method on the growth of gastric cancer cells.Methods: MTT assay method was used to determine the effect of Caishi Fuzhengquyu decoction on the growth of gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 and BGC-823.Results: Caishi Fuzhengquxie decoction can inhibit the growth of SGC-7901 and BGC-823, especially BGC-823. The inhibiting effect was relative to the amount in the scope of experimental thickness.Conclusion:Caishi Fuzhengquxie decoction can inhibit the growth of gastric cancer cells significantly,thus it' s a good clinical method to treating gastric cancer. |
