复方麝香注射液合纳洛酮治疗急性脑卒中

目的:观察复方麝香注射液联用纳洛酮治疗急性脑卒中疗效.方法:126例急性脑卒中患者随机分成两组,各63例,两组常规治疗方法相同,观察组加用复方麝香注射液15ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,每日1次;纳洛酮1.2mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水100ml静脉滴注,每日2次,两药均连用2周.结果:观察组抢救成功率、神经功能缺损恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:复方麝香注射液联用纳洛酮治疗急性脑卒中安全性高、副作用小、疗效好.

Treating Acute Brain Stroke with Compound Musk Injection and Naloxone

Objective: To study the curative effect of compound musk injection and naloxone on treating acute brain stroke(ABS).Methods: 126 cases with ABS were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group evenly.Routine treatments were given to both groups.In addition,the treatment group was given 15ml compound musk injection with 250ml 5% GS or 0.9% NS 1/d intravenous drip,and 1mg naloxone with 100ml 5% GS or 0.9% NS 2/d intravenous drip for two weeks.Results: The success ratio of salvage and resuming of neurological defects in the treatment group was markedly better than those in the contrast group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound musk injection and naloxone has high safety, little side effect,good curative effect on treating ABS.Thus it has a promising prospect in application.
