托拉塞米治疗合并舒张性心衰的老年顽固性高血压的临床观察

【】目的 观察在其他降压药物基础上联合托拉塞米治疗合并心衰的老年顽固性高血压临床疗效及安全性。方法 选择我院就诊的59 例合并舒张性心衰的老年顽固性高血压患者,入选前患者已给予3种以上降压药物,所用降压药物含噻嗪类或呋塞米片剂,但不含螺内酯,进行规范化治疗,入选后停原来所用利尿剂改用托拉塞米片剂,进行自身前后对照研究,观察4周,进行疗效评定。结果在治疗4周后较之前的平均血压下降明显( P ＜ 0. 05) ,患者降压疗效差异有统计学意义,同时心功能得到改善。结论 合并舒张性心衰的老年顽固性高血压在联合使用其他降压药的基础上,给予托拉塞米治疗可得到较好的降压效果并改善心功能的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of senile refractory hypertension clinical curative effect and safety in other antihypertensive drugs based on the joint of torasemide in the treatment of complicated with heart failure. Methods 59 cases of elderly patients with refractory hypertension and diastolic heart failure in our hospital, patients have given more than 3 kinds of antihypertensive drugs, the use of antihypertensive drugs with thiazide or furosemide tablets, but not containing spironolactone, standard treatment, named after the stop with diuretics torasemide tablet to the original, were used in a self-control study, observation of 4 weeks, the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results in the 4 weeks after the treatment, mean blood pressure decreased significantly than before (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant antihypertensive efficacy in patients with heart function improved, at the same time. Conclusion combined with diastolic heart failure of senile refractory hypertension based on the combined use of other antihypertensive drugs, treated with torasemide treatment can get better antihypertensive effect and improve the function of the heart.
