| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察葛根素注射液静脉滴注治疗急性缺血性脑梗塞的疗效。方法 :确诊脑梗塞患者62例 ,随机分成治疗和对照两组 ,两组同时用脑保护剂 ,钙离子拮抗剂 ,维生素及甘露醇 ,治疗组加用葛根素。观察两组临床疗效及毒副作用 ,并监测治疗前后血粘度、红细胞压积和纤维蛋白原。结果 :治疗组总有较率 93 .75 % ,明显优于对照组的 70 % (P<0 .0 1 ) ;治疗组血液流变学各项检测指标改善优于对照组。结论 :葛根素注射液治疗急性缺血性脑梗塞临床疗效显著 ,对血液流变改善明显 ,临床应用中无明显的毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of kakonein in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods:62 acute cerebral infarction cases were divided at random into treatment grop(treated with kakonein) and control group treated with cerebral protection drugs,calcium ion antagonists,vitamins,mannitaol.Observations were made to emamine the therapeutic efficacy and side effects.Detections were made to see the blood adhesion,hemocytes volume,fibrinogen.Results: The total effective rate in the treatment was 93.75%,better than that of the control(70%) ( P <0.01).Hemorheology index was significantly improved. Conclusion:Kakonein was effective in treating acute cerebral infarction cases without obvious side effects. |
