| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不育症男性风疹病毒(Rubella virus)感染情况及其与精子DNA碎片率的关系。 方法：检测553例不育男性患者血清中的风疹病毒IgM抗体,将患者分为风疹病毒IgM(RV-IgM)阳性组和风疹病毒IgM(RV-IgM)阴性组,分别检测精子DNA碎片率。 结果：RV-IgM阳性组的精子DNA碎片率显著高于RV-IgM阴性组(P<0.05)。结论：风疹病毒急性感染对精子DNA完整性有影响,可能导致男性不育。

The relationship analysis of Rubella virus infection with sperm DNA fragmentation index in male infertility |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate status of Rubella virus(RV)infection in male infertility,and analyze the relationship of Rubella virus infection with sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI).Methods:Detect serum Rubella virus antibody in 553 patients of male infertility.The patients were divided into the positive group of RV-IgM and the negative group of RV-IgM.Then detect their sperm DNA fragmentation index.Results: Sperm DNA fragmentation index in the positive group of RV-IgM were significantly higher than that in the negative group of RV-IgM. Conclusion:Rubella virus recent infection can affect sperm DNA fragmentation index,it may be one reason of male infertility. |
