| 摘 要： | 目的：研究抑癌基因PTEN在胃腺癌组织中的表达，探讨PTEN与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例胃腺癌患者肿瘤组织和60例癌旁正常组织中PTEN表达水平。结果：胃腺癌组织中PTEN蛋白表达阳性率41．7％，明显低于癌旁正常组织（P〈0．01）；PTEN表达与年龄、性别无关（P〉0．05），与分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和临床分期关系密切（P〈0．01）。结论：抑癌基因PTEN失活与胃癌的生物学行为有关，检测PTEN可能作为胃腺癌诊断、治疗和预后判断的参考指标。
