补肾益气活血汤对高血压病相关指标的影响

目的 :观察补肾益气活血汤治疗高血压病相关性中风恢复期肾气虚血瘀证的疗效及对氧自由基和血液流变学指标的影响。方法 :89例患者随机分中药治疗组和西药组。治疗组用补肾益气活血汤 ;西药组用脑复康、舒脑宁及阿斯匹林常规量口服 ;两组均使用尼群地平控制血压。治疗前后分别测定红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性 (E-SODA)、红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH-PX)、红细胞过氧化脂质 (E-LPO)、红细胞压积 (Ht)、全血粘度 (Va)、红细胞电泳时间 (EET)、血小板电泳时间(PET)、纤维蛋白原 (Fbg)、血浆粘度 (Vp)。结果 :两组均治疗 8周后评估临床疗效 ,治疗组基本痊愈及显著进步 66.67% ,西药组 3 4.0 9% ,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。治疗前 E-SODA、GSH-PX及 E-LPO、Ht、Fbg、Va、Vp两组均明显低于及高于健康人 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,EET、PET较健康人明显延长 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;治疗后治疗组上述指标均有改善 ,对照组改善不明显。结论 :补肾益气活血汤治疗高血压病相关性中风的作用机理与抗氧自由基损伤及改善血液流变学有关。

Effect of Bushenyiqihuoxue Decoction on The Related Index of Hypertension

Objective: To observe the efficiency of Bushenyiqihuoxue decoction(BYHD) on the deficient kidney qi and blood stasis during the recovery from stroke related to hypertension,and study its influence on oxygen free redical and hemorrheology.Methods:89 patients were randomly devided into treatment group and control grup.The former was treated by BYHD,the latter by piracetam,ischelium and aspirin,and both groups were treated by nitrendipine to control blood pressure.E SODA,GSH PX,CE Lpo,Ht,Va,EET,PET,Fbg and Vp were cheked during treatment before and later.Results: The rate of cure and significant improvement in treatment grouip was 66.67%,that in control group 34.09%,and the former aws significantly higher than the latter( P <0.01).The level of E SODA and GSH PX in patients were obviously lower than those in normals( P <0.01),while the level of E Lpo,Ht,Fbg,Va and Vp were obviously higher than those in normals( P <0.01),and EET and PET were significantly prolonged than those in normals( P <0.01).All indexes in treatment group were improved distinctly,while those in control group not. Conclusion:The treatment mechanish of BYHD on stroke related to hypertension is connected with protecting oxygen free radical from damage and improving hemorrheoloyg.
