凉膈散与黄连解毒汤对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂及胰岛素水平的影响

目的：观察凉膈散与黄连解毒汤对2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖、血脂及胰岛素水平的影响。方法：用高糖高脂饲料加小剂量STZ制备2型糖尿病小鼠模型；分别设空白组、对照组、凉膈散组、黄连解毒汤组、曲格列酮组；测定治疗前后小鼠血清血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇及血清胰岛素。结果：凉膈散与黄连解毒汤均能显著降低2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖、血清胰岛素以及血甘油三酯和总胆固醇。结论：清热解毒剂凉膈散与黄连解毒汤可以干预2型糖尿病小鼠胰岛素抵抗。

Effect of Lianggesan and Huanglianjiedu Decoction on Blood Glucose, Insulin and Blood Lipid Levels in type 2 diabetic mice

Objective：To observe the effect of Lianggesan （cool the diaphragm powder） and Huanglianjiedu decoction on metabolism in type 2 diabetic mice. Methods：Type 2 diabetes mellitus was induced in mice by high fat and sugar diet and injection of streptozotocin. Diabetic mice were divided into normal control group, control group, Lianggesan group, Huanglianjiedu decoction group, and troglitazone group. Serum fasting blood glucose （FBG）, triglycefide, and total cholesterol were detected with kits and insulin was determined by RIA. Results： Lianggesan and Huanglianjiedu decoction significantly reduced FBG, triglyceride, total cholesterol, and insulin levels in diabetic mice compared with other groups. Conclusion：Tbe antidotes-Lianggesan and Huanglianjiedu decoction can interfere with the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes in mice.
